Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of High Status Limo’s transportation services and website. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

Reservations and Bookings

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard service and 48 hours for special events. Booking confirmations will be sent via email or text message.

Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are flat rates unless otherwise specified for hourly services. Tolls, parking fees, and gratuity are included in our all-inclusive pricing. Payment is due at the time of service or as arranged for corporate accounts. We accept all major credit cards.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information, being ready at the scheduled pickup time, and treating our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Passengers are liable for any damage caused to our vehicles during service.

Wait Time Policy

For airport pickups, we provide complimentary wait time of up to 60 minutes after flight arrival for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights. For all other pickups, a 15-minute grace period is included. Additional wait time may be billed at the applicable hourly rate.

Limitation of Liability

High Status Limo shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service booked.
