Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below to avoid any charges.

Standard Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 6 and 24 hours before pickup will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup or no-shows will be charged the full fare.

Special Events and Holidays

For bookings during holidays, special events (inaugurations, concerts, sporting events), prom, and wedding transportation, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will be charged the full fare.

Modifications

Changes to your booking (pickup time, location, or vehicle type) are subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes at no additional charge.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
