How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for standard airport transfers and point-to-point service. For weddings, proms, corporate events, and special occasions, we recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead to ensure vehicle availability. We do accommodate same-day and last-minute bookings when our schedule permits.

Can I book a car by the hour?

Yes, we offer flexible hourly chauffeur service, also called “As Directed” service. This is ideal for business meetings, city tours, multi-stop errands, shopping trips, or any occasion where you need a car and driver available throughout the day. Minimum hourly booking requirements may apply depending on the vehicle type.

Can I make changes to my reservation after booking?

Absolutely. You can modify your reservation details including pickup time, location, or vehicle type by contacting our team at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup.
