Long-distance work starts wherever you are in the Washington DC area and runs as far as the trip needs. Every journey is door to door with one chauffeur, in a private vehicle — never rideshare, never a handover at a state line.
Pickup across the region
Northern Virginia — Tysons Corner, McLean, Vienna, Arlington, Springfield, Fairfax, Great Falls, Sterling, Reston, Chantilly, Alexandria, Mount Vernon, Centreville and Ashburn.
Washington DC — all quadrants, including Capitol Hill, the Wharf, Georgetown, downtown hotels and Union Station.
Suburban Maryland — Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, Potomac, National Harbor and Annapolis.
Where the long runs go
New York City — the corridor we run most, in both directions. Full detail on the Washington DC to New York route guide, including New York to DC bookings and pickups from JFK, LaGuardia and Newark.
New Jersey — Newark, Princeton and the corridor towns, in both directions.
The I-95 corridor — Baltimore, Wilmington, Philadelphia, and south to Richmond and Charlottesville. Intermediate stops are built into the run when you ask for them at booking.
Upstate New York — Albany and the Hudson Valley for trips that start or finish away from the city.
How these trips are quoted
Long-distance journeys are quoted as one all-inclusive flat rate, agreed before you travel, covering tolls, taxes, gratuity and reasonable stops along the way. Weather or traffic that lengthens the drive does not change the rate. Starting figures are on our rates page; for a firm number on your route, call 202-929-9595.
One chauffeur normally covers the whole journey. On very long or overnight itineraries we will tell you at booking how the driving hours are handled, so there is no surprise mid-trip.
